Throwing Away Your Children's Art Work

Honey, can you get that box of art from the garage?

This is the beginning of something great! I can feel it! I know there are a lot of parents out there that need our help. People hang on to their childrens art for years, but they keep it all in a box in a garage or closet somewhere. What good is that? It is time to get it out, pick your favorite pieces, and get them to us! We will create a very special and beautiful keepsake book for you to share with friends and family.

Mother's Day is just around the corner! This would be the perfect gift for the Mom who has "everything" because she doesn't have this book! It is the perfect gift: personal and heartfelt!
Our books will reduce clutter in your home and save some fun memories that you can share and treasure forever.

Ok. That's enough selling for today. I just want you to know a little about what we do and why we're doing it.

Our main goal as a company is to encourage kids to stay artists for their whole lives. There are many parents out there who tell their kids that art is just for fun, but that they can't have a career doing art. Can you believe it?

Today, more than ever, art can be a big career move. Graphic artists, cartoonists, comic books, advertising, and designers of all types. Interior designers, clothing designers, furniture designers, just to name a few. Not to mention traditional artists, muralists, sculptors, painters, set designers, and many more! Our goal is to encourage people to be creative. Where would we be today without artists? It would be a pretty boring place, don't you think? Even if your child doesn't have a creative career, it is important to encourage art as a hobby. It helps us process things that happen in our lives, like a stress reliever. Hey, it's a better alternative to taking drugs, right?

This is our way of making the world a better place. Won't you join us in promoting art and creativity in children?

So break out that box of art, NOW!

The Book....

Welcome to The Picasso Kid's Blog!

Welcome to our first blog!

The Picasso Kid is a new business that showcases children's artwork in a unique & visually stunning manner.

This business was started by myself, a mother of two, and my friend, Paula Silverfarb, as a solution to my problem of what to do with my children's artwork. I have collected a huge mountain of artwork in my garage! My son is now in first grade, and my daughter is in preschool. I get about 3-5 pieces of artwork each week from each child!!! That adds up to about 40 pieces of art each month and 400 per year!!

I could not bring myself to throw away their hard "work". After all, they spend about 30 hours per week at school and what they bring home shows me what they did all day at school! It took a while, but we finally came up with the perfect solution! Beautiful hard cover photo art books! If you'd like to hear more, come back and visit us next week, or email us at info@thepicassokid.com.
